Graham Jones, Managing Partner
Graham specialises in all aspects of family law including divorce, private child law, high-value ancillary relief and cohabitation. He is also a practising mediator.
After gaining his law degree from the University of Hull, he completed his Law Society finals the following year and qualified in 1987. He also qualified as a mediator with National Family Mediation in 1993 and is accredited by the Legal Services Commission. He joined Whitehead Monckton in 1995 having been a partner in a firm of solicitors in Gravesend. He became a partner the year after.
Graham is a member of Resolution (formerly the Solicitors Family Law Association) and is secretary of the Kent branch.
