James Woods, Solicitor
James qualified as a Solicitor in 2011 and works in Whitehead Monckton's Tax & Estate Planning department. He specialises in Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Estate Administration and contentious probate claims as well as trust and estate planning matters.
James graduated in Law from the University of Sussex in 2006 before completing the Legal Practice Course at the Oxford Institute of Legal Practice in 2008.
James grew up in Kent and moved to Maidstone upon commencing his training contract at Whitehead Monckton in September 2009.
When he is not in the office, James enjoys playing football for a local football team and mountain biking.
